Facial Skin Disease1.Acne
It is commonly known as pimple or adolescent acne and usually occurs during puberty or adolescence. There are many morbidity factors including endocrine secretion, infection, diet and drugs. It triggers inflammation of the sebaceous gland and lead to produce acne. Especially during adolescence, sex hormone (especially androgen) levels increase so that sebaceous secretion also increases. Hair follicle is plugged and acne is formed. Skin is infected and it initiate local inflammatory response so that papule, impetigo appears.

It commonly occurs to the face, brow, chest, back. Papule or impetigo ruptured or is absorbed to produce a sinus tract. Cysts and nodules often occur together in a severe form of acne so that deep acne scars is produced.

2. Rosacea
It is commonly known as red nose. It often occurs in young adults and usually appears on the face, especially on nose extremity and it may extend to cheek, brow, underjaw. Facial flushing and dilation of blood vessels is its common characteristics. The area becomes studded with papules. The surrounding connective tissues of the nose enlarge and may develop flesh bumps on the nose in more serious stages.

3. Freckle
There are brown or dull drown spots about the size of the head of a nail or haricot bean. It gets obvious after repeated exposure to sunlight. During winter, freckles can be lightened. In severe form of disorder, they increase in number, size, and depth of pigmentation and cover neck, back of hand and limbs. It often belongs to genetic disorder.

4. Chloasma
It is also known as liver spots. It is light brown or dark brown spots and often occurs to cheek and nose with butterfly-shaped distribution. It is always appears during summer and get worse after exposure to sunlight.

5. Mole
Almost everyone has mole but its number and location is different for us. It most often occurs in children and adolescents. It is dark brown or black papule with smooth surface and it may have hair.

6.Hemangioma
Residue vascular cell during embryonic period grow into hemangioma. It expands with increasing age. There is four type hemangioma including simple hemangioma, cavernous hemangioma, nevus flammeus and mixed hemangioma.

7.Flat warts
Flat wart is caused by virus. It often occurs in teenage and it is also called verruca plana. Except on the face, it also occurs to hand, leg, back and neck. It is flat papule in normal skin color or brown color with the size of a grain of rice or haricot bean.

8.Milium
It often occurs on face, especially on eyelid and cheek. It appears as white or yellowish round shape papule ranging in size from 0.5 to 2 mm with symmetric distribution. After it is punctured, glue- like substance can be squeezed out.

9.Senile wart
It is also called as seborrheic keratosis. It is also occurs to face, scalp and trunk. It appears as yellowish brown flat maculopapule rash. It often occurs in middle- aged or elder people with age between 40 and 60.

10.Vitilligo
It occurs to head and face. White patches are found on specific part of skin with clear border. Vitilligo can develop on the whole body for some people. It also affects the color of body hair which is turned into white color.
