If you spend a lot of money on different kind of skin care products, I recommend eight simple methods for your trial.

Healthy Balanced Diet
The skin is made up of three layers: the epidermis, dermis, and the subcutaneous tissue. Epidermis is made up cells and cell need appropriate nutrition for growth. Balanced diet included rich fruit, vegetable, fiber. It can helps the body to maintain balance. It maintains your skin in its best condition. Refer to research; low fat diet can decrease morbidity of skin disease. In addition, you can choose aquatic product for uptake of protein.

Medlar Drink and American ginseng drink help skin absorb oxygen and have whitening effect. Apply Sunblock is a good method. Although many well known brand company claim that you do not prone to allergies and block pores by using their product. But I recommended you apply sunblock on small part of skin to see reaction and observation for 24 hours. In addition, It is not certain that Higher sun protection factor, higher quality it is.
